Uloop Inc. is searching for a Benefits Manager based in Miami, FL to oversee and innovate the day-to-day operations of various benefits programs. This role demands a proactive approach to managing group health, dental, vision, and retirement plans while ensuring compliance with relevant laws.

Qualified candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in human resource management, alongside 3-5 years of experience, ideally in a law firm setting. Exceptional organizational skills and knowledge of federal and state regulations are critical for success in this in-office position.

Competenze

• 3-5 years of experience in a Law Firm.
• Knowledge of pertinent regulations affecting employee benefits programs.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, and/or CEBS professional designations preferred.

Mansioni

• Direct and plan operations of group benefits programs.
• Manage day-to-day administration of benefit plans.
• Collaborate with brokers for annual renewal preparations.
