Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a Law Firm.
• Computer proficiency to use Microsoft products, including PowerPoint; experience with HRIS and benefits databases.
• Knowledge of benefits contract language.
• Knowledge of all pertinent federal and state regulations, including ACA, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, and more.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, and/or CEBS professional designations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and plan the day-to-day operations of group benefits programs.
• Design quality benefits plans and provide excellent customer service.
• Investigate new benefits programs, improve existing programs, and supervise benefits administration.
• Plan, implement, and administer retirement and health and welfare benefit programs.
• Manage day-to-day administration of benefit plans.
• Review and approve benefits-related inputs to payroll and deductions.
• Collaborate with brokers to renewals and monitor market trends.
