Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Senior Benefits Specialist to oversee compliance for PEO Master Plans, including ACA, ERISA, Form 5500 filings, and CMS reporting. This non-client-facing role provides research, guidance, and documentation support to client-facing teams.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or 2–4 years of benefits compliance experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to train teammates and ensure audit readiness.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of ACA, ERISA, HIRD, Medicare Part D, and Form 5500 filing requirements.
• Analytical and regulatory research skills to translate complex rules into guidance.
• Effective written communication for internal documentation and filings.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor ACA compliance and 1094-C/1095-C reporting for PEO Master Plans.
• Prepare and file Form 5500 annual reports with third-party admins and stakeholders.
• Track federal/state requirements (ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA) and update teams.
• Complete Medicare Part D disclosures and CMS reporting.
