Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Senior Benefits Specialist to oversee ACA compliance, Form 5500 filings, and state benefit rules for its PEO Master Plans. This non-client-facing role provides research and guidance to Benefits Administration and other internal teams.

The candidate will monitor federal and state requirements, maintain SOPs, train staff, and coordinate with carriers and legal counsel. This position requires on-site work due to secure access needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2-4 years benefits compliance experience.
• Experience with ACA reporting, Form 5500, ERISA.
• Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and produce guidance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor ACA compliance and Form 5500 reporting.
• Prepare and file Form 5500 for master plans.
• Research and respond to internal compliance questions.
• Develop and update SOPs, FAQs, and compliance calendars.
• Train teammates on compliance requirements.
