Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Sr Project Analyst to support the Benefits Compliance team, coordinating IRS Form 5500 filings and related regulatory submissions across multiple plans.

The role requires 3+ years in accounting/auditing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple regulatory deadlines in a hybrid work environment. Collaboration with HR, Legal, Finance, auditors, and external partners is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of accounting and auditing experience, preferably with public company financial statements.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and regulatory deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
• Experience with benefits compliance, ERISA regulations, IRS Form 5500 filings, employee benefit plan audits, or related compliance functions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation, coordination, and submission of IRS Form 5500 filings and supporting schedules across multiple benefit plans.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, IRS, DOL, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, and state disability regulations.
• Support SEC Form 11-K filings and maintain required benefits documentation and disclosures.
• Partner with auditors, third-party administrators, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely regulatory submissions.
• Analyze plan data, support audits, track compliance deadlines, and drive continuous process improvements.
