Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of benefits compliance, medical insurance, and external provider partner experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and speak English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Interpret benefit policies and administer retirement plans.
• Coordinate open enrollment with vendors and payroll.
• Reconcile carrier bills and perform internal audits.
• Provide guidance to team members and act as point of contact for insurers.
• Assist with COBRA notifications and compliance reporting.
• Support wellness programs and partner with HR to communicate changes.
