Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred and 8+ years of health and welfare consulting experience.
• Licensed Life, Accident and Health Insurance required.
• Strong knowledge of benefits administration and regulatory issues.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint, with strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate terms, pricing, and coverage with carriers.
• Develop and maintain client relationships; act as benefits advisor.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members.
• Lead open enrollment and client strategy delivery.
• Ensure compliance with plan documents and SPDs.
