We seek an experienced benefits administrator to serve as a vendor liaison, manage renewal timelines, and provide proactive HR support to clients, with a focus on accuracy and client satisfaction. This role emphasizes collaborative teamwork within a fast-paced environment and supports growth across accounts in Health and Welfare programs.

Qualifications

• Vendor liaison responsibilities including coordinating with clients and vendors.
• Proficiency in MS Office; ability to manage multiple checklists and renewal timelines.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Vendor liaison for clients.
• Responsible for maintaining outstanding checklists and renewal timelines.
• Problem-resolution for ongoing or advanced issues.
• Run carrier reports or order monthly reporting from carriers.
• Negotiate with vendors for quotes; provide contract review, comparisons and renewal recommendations.
• Provide proactive customer service and HR support.
• Maintain internal files and databases with all client data.
• Support implementation and compliance for renewals and new business lines.
• Assist onboarding for new accounts and lines of business.
