Lennox is seeking a Sr. Benefits Analyst to shape the benefits and wellness experience for U.S. employees across manufacturing and corporate locations. The role covers day‑to‑day benefits programs and broad enterprise‑wide initiatives.

The candidate will collaborate with the Benefits Director to implement new plans and modify existing ones, while overseeing enrollment, education, and program effectiveness. A strong communications skillset is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 5+ years related experience in benefits.
• Demonstrated communication style that seeks input and builds consensus, demonstrated initiative and leadership.
• Strong functional knowledge of assigned benefits plans and systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, implement, deliver, and evaluate comprehensive benefit programs.
• Oversee day-to-day operations for medical, dental, vision, life, STD, LTD, voluntary benefits, 401(k), leaves, and ancillary plans.
• Assist Benefits Director in developing and modifying benefits strategy and plans.
• Coordinate with carriers and third-party providers to educate employees and deliver integrated programs.
