Job summary

LCS is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst to support and enhance the benefits programs that serve our employees across the organization. You’ll combine your expertise in benefits administration, data analysis and problem solving to help ensure our programs are effective, competitive and easy for employees to navigate.

Qualifications

• Experience with plan configuration, data analysis and reconciliation.
• Strong knowledge of health and welfare and retirement plans and related regulations.
• Experience with HRIS and benefits administration systems.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to present complex data clearly.
• Attention to detail with thorough documentation and organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration of health and welfare, retirement, and leave programs.
• Monitor benefits processes, identify risks, and coordinate with partners to resolve issues.
• Support compliance with ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, Section 125 and IRS requirements.
• Oversee annual open enrollment activities including system configuration and testing.
• Administer 401(k) plan and NQDC plan, coordinating with recordkeeper and trustee.
• Provide guidance on FMLA, disability, and state leave programs in partnership with HR.
• Manage carrier and vendor data feeds and resolve discrepancies.
• Process and reconcile vendor invoices; ensure timely payments.
• Develop benefits communications and training materials to promote understanding.
• Build relationships with carriers, vendors, and internal teams; manage escalations.
• Research benefits trends and regulatory changes; recommend program updates.
• Lead process improvement and data-quality initiatives; support acquisitions and transitions.
