Job summary

Holland America Line is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst for ADA and leave administration. The role leads end-to-end case management, reviews medical documentation, and communicates decisions in compliance with ADA, FMLA, PWFA, and state laws.

You will partner with HRBPs, supervisors, Legal, and the leave administrator to ensure timely, compliant outcomes. Responsibilities include overseeing FMLA/PWFA/USERRA, payroll coordination, and policy application while maintaining strict confidentiality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field, or equivalent combination with experience.
• Strong knowledge of ADA, FMLA, PWFA, USERRA and leave laws.
• Ability to review medical documentation and determine accommodations.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end leave and accommodation case management oversight.
• Coordinate PTO/sick/vacation integration and leave entitlements.
• Maintain accurate leave dates, pay data, and documentation.
• Serve as liaison with leave administrator and legal teams.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on leave programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
