Job summary

Carnival Corporation is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst – ADA & Leave to manage the ADA interactive process and all leave programs for shoreside North American employees. You will serve as the subject matter expert on accommodations, FMLA, PWFA, and state/local laws, with duties spanning from case intake to return-to-work.

You will collaborate with HR Partners, Legal, Payroll, and leave administrators to ensure compliant, timely case management and accurate documentation across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent with 5–7 years’ leave/ADA administration.
• Strong knowledge of ADA, FMLA, PWFA, USERRA and state/local leave laws.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, discretion with sensitive information.
• Proficiency with leave management platforms and Excel/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end ADA interactive process and all leave programs for shoreside North American employees.
• Manage cases from initiation through return to work with adaptable plans.
• Coordinate PTO/sick/vacation integration and liaise with Payroll and third-party admins.
• Provide guidance to employees, managers, and HR partners on leave and accommodations.
