Moran Environmental Recovery LLC is hiring a Benefits Specialist to manage our total rewards programs, including 401(k) and SERP operations, HSA funding, and ACA compliance. You will work under the Benefits Manager to maintain plan documents and notices, while ensuring data integrity across payroll and benefits systems.

The role requires strong UKG Pro and Excel skills, with 4–6+ years in employee benefits administration and a Bachelor’s degree.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree and 4–6+ years of benefits administration experience.
• High proficiency in UKG Pro Benefits Setup/Admin and advanced Excel skills.
• Deep knowledge of 401(k) mechanics, SERP, NDT concepts, and ACA reporting rules.

Mansioni

• Administer 401(k) and SERP programs and verify payroll-to-recordkeeper reconciliations.
• Lead benefits audits, annual plan reviews, and Form 5500 filings.
• Manage HSA funding and ACA tracking, including 1094-C/1095-C filings.
