Descrizione del lavoro

Moran Environmental Recovery, LLC is seeking a Benefits Specialist to manage retirement plan administration (401(k) and SERP), HSA funding, and ACA compliance. You will lead Benefits Hub configuration in UKG Pro, perform benefits audits, and support health, welfare, and leave programs.

The role requires hands-on, detail-oriented processing and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate has 4–6+ years in employee benefits administration, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERISA,

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or Business with 4–6+ years benefits admin experience.
Strong exposure to retirement plan operations and financial reconciliation.
Proficient in UKG Pro Benefits Setup/Admin modules and advanced Microsoft Excel.

Mansioni

Administer 401(k) and SERP programs, including contributions and reconciliations.
Lead HSA funding, ACA compliance, and annual 5500 filings.
Coordinate annual 401(k) audits and census data validation.
Manage billing reconciliations, deferral elections, and payout distributions.
Support NDT, eligibility tracking, and plan communications.
Provide SME support for health, welfare, and leave programs.
