Moran Environmental Recovery, LLC is seeking a Benefits Specialist to manage 401(k) and SERP operations within our total rewards program in Seattle. You will own retirement plan administration, benefit audits, ACA compliance, and responses to employee inquiries, reporting to the Benefits Manager.

The role requires deep knowledge of UKG Pro Benefits, excellent Excel skills, and the ability to handle confidential financial data with discretion while coordinating with brokers, TPAs, and carriers.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, accounting, finance, or business administration.
• 4–6+ years in employee benefits administration with retirement plan operations.
• Strong Excel skills and UKG Pro experience desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Administer 401(k) and SERP programs, including contributions and vesting.
• Perform line-by-line payroll-to-recordkeeper reconciliations.
• Oversee LTPT eligibility, automatic enrollment, and deferral changes.
• Lead SERP administration, including contributions, vesting, and distributions.
• Coordinate NDT, ACA measures, and Form 5500 preparation.
• Run annual 401(k) plan audits and census data validation.
• Manage HSA funding files and payroll reconciliations.
• Support ACA administration and 1094/1095 filings.
• Audit benefits enrollment for data accuracy.
• Provide benefits education and respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate with brokers, TPAs and carriers.
