Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field plus a minimum of five years of experience in benefit administration or related area.
• Experience with benefit design, compliance, and regulatory updates across state and federal levels.
• Experience with report preparation, documentation, and communicating findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing benefit development activities and auditing of complex benefit contracts.
• Track, analyze, and present regulatory updates to the Product Platform Team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor benefit-related activities.
• Lead Medicare benefit design bid submissions to CMS, including research and analysis.
• Analyze competitive benefit trends and communicate implications to management.
• Prepare and deliver benefit presentations and training to internal and external audiences.
