Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field plus 5 years' experience in benefit administration or project coordination.
- Expertise in health insurance benefit design, regulatory requirements, and policy development.
Responsibilities
- Lead ongoing benefit development activities and audit complex benefit contracts.
- Track regulatory updates and respond to regulator inquiries.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor benefit-related activities.
- Lead Medicare benefit design bid submissions to CMS for PPO line of business.
- Analyze competitive trends and communicate strategic implications to management.
- Prepare and deliver benefit presentations and respond to RFPs/RFIs.
