Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Benefit Development Specialist to join our Product Development team. You will analyze, develop, and monitor health benefit offerings while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, helping build a person-focused care system.

In this role you will lead benefit development activities, audit contracts, and coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Actuarial, and Marketing Communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus five years of experience in benefit administration or project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing benefit development activities, auditing complex benefit contracts.
• Track and present regulatory updates to the Product Platform Team.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement benefit-related activities.
• Lead Medicare benefit design bid submissions to CMS for the Medicare PPO line.
• Analyze competitive benefit trends and communicate strategic implications.
• Prepare and deliver benefit presentations and respond to RFPs/RFIs.
• Provide direction to the team and foster a positive, productive environment.
