Qualifications

• Must hold active CA license in one of the specified fields.
• Master's degree required for non RN licensure.
• RN requires associate's degree or BSN.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with 3 years in behavioral health or triage/crisis line.
• Experience in crisis intervention settings (crisis line, ER) preferred.
• Certified Case Manager preferred.
• Experience conducting psychosocial assessments and developing care plans for complex populations.
• Broad knowledge of psychosocial challenges and behavioral health diagnoses.
• Proficient with MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial clinical screenings and assess urgency on the Behavioral Health Triage Line.
• Provide crisis intervention and connect members to behavioral health providers and services.
• Facilitate referrals and care navigation across programs and resources.
• Support clinical intake and prioritization of referrals; assign to appropriate care path.
• Maintain a reasonable caseload and escalate urgent cases as needed.
