Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted behavioral health clinical license (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, psychologist) or equivalent credential.
• 5+ years leading complex clinical programs or multidisciplinary teams in a matrixed environment.
• Strong knowledge of evidence‑based behavioral health practices, guidelines, quality standards, and program evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for behavioral health clinical programs with clear priorities, decision rights, performance expectations, and accountability.
• Build leadership capability, foster an integrated, high‑performing department focused on clinical excellence, innovation, affordability, member experience, and market differentiation.
• Serve as trusted clinical advisor to senior leaders, customers, partners, and industry audiences.
• Oversee the full program lifecycle from opportunity assessment through implementation, evaluation, and scaling to sustainable operations.
• Establish governance, measures, documentation, and operating models to support consistent execution and informed program decisions.
