Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Clinical Director to oversee clinical staff and direct treatment across the program, partnering with executive leadership to support organizational strategy, regulatory requirements, and directives established by the governing body.

As a member of the executive leadership team, the Clinical Director contributes to organizational strategy, operations, policy development, and clinical practice standards.

Qualifications

• PhD in Psychology preferred.
• Active clinical supervisory license in Texas required.
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory or clinical leadership experience.
• Knowledge of crisis management and therapeutic intervention.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and computer skills.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience overseeing clinical treatment and patient care across behavioral health levels of care preferred.
• Experience with accreditation and regulatory compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical staff within the program.
• Lead and supervise clinical staff and interns.
• Direct clinical treatment across Residential, PHP, Continuing Care, and IOP.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation surveys.
• Provide ongoing training and education for clinical staff.
• Develop and implement clinical competencies and performance reviews.
