Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted behavioral health clinical license.
• 5+ years leading complex clinical programs or multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based behavioral health practices and measurement.
• Executive communication, influence, talent development, and accountability skills.

Responsabilités

• Set the strategic direction for behavioral health clinical programs and align leaders and teams around clear priorities and accountability.
• Oversee the full program lifecycle—from opportunity assessment through implementation and sustainable operations.
• Establish clinical standards, governance, measures, and operating models for consistent execution.
• Provide research, analytics, and executive-level recommendations based on evidence and program results.
• Partner across Product, Network, Clinical Operations, Medical, Quality, Compliance, Legal, and Analytics to develop scalable solutions.
