Pine Rest in Grand Rapids, MI seeks a Psychiatric Support Staff to join a dedicated team delivering clinical and administrative support in a behavioral health setting. You will assist clinicians with vital tasks, patient intake, and data entry while maintaining patient privacy and compassion.

This role involves triage, taking vital signs, handling medical records in the EMR, and coordinating referrals. A minimum of three years of support experience and Medical Assistant certification are

• Minimum of three years of progressively responsible support services work.
• Ongoing CEU credits must be met yearly.
• Experience in behavioral health/psychiatric facility preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Offers administrative support including greeting patients, answering questions, and scheduling.
• Check vital signs as assigned for psychiatric services.
• Maintain medical records in Pine Rest EMR and assist physicians with documentation.
• Prepare medication refill requests and verify pharmacy information.
• Releases medical information as necessary for continuing care and insurance purposes.
