Search360 is seeking a Division Manager of Behavioral Health to provide leadership, clinical oversight, and operational management of behavioral health services. The role supervises licensed clinicians, ensures compliance with Illinois DHS/DDD, Medicaid Waiver, HCBS, and organizational standards, and drives person-centered practices aligned with CQL standards.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, ABA, or related field.
• Current licensure or certification (LCPC, LCSW, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, BCBA, or equivalent).
• Minimum five years of experience with IDD.
• Minimum three years of leadership/supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of Illinois DHS/DDD regulations, Medicaid Waiver, HCBS, and person-centered planning.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct supervision, coaching, mentoring, and performance management to licensed clinicians and other behavioral health professionals.
• Oversee referral, assessment, treatment planning, implementation, and monitoring of services.
• Ensure clinical documentation and required assessments are completed accurately and on time.
• Coordinate continuity of care among psychiatric providers, hospitals, and community partners.
• Lead workforce planning and coverage during vacancies or leaves of absence.
