Job summary

DCCCA Day Reporting Center is seeking an experienced leader to oversee behavioral health programs, staff supervision, and performance reporting. You will coordinate meetings, manage data submission for grants, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Ideal candidates hold a master's degree in health administration or related field with at least five years of behavioral health experience and strong leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in public administration, health care or public health administration, or related field.
• At least five years of behavioral health experience.
• At least 3 years of experience supervising teams.
• Possesses strong interpersonal, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and tasks.
• Must possess a valid state Driver's License, in force automobile liability insurance, and maintain a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets the organization’s insurability standards as defined by DCCCA policy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate behavioral health activities, procedures, and meetings.
• Review data on referrals, clients in levels of care, successful and unsuccessful services outcomes, and other program performance metrics.
• Coordinate data submission for all BH grants and contracts.
• Oversee relationship building with key partners.
• Address client and staff issues as appropriate.
• Submit written incident reports for unusual client or staff behavior or activity.
• Collaborate with other Directors on site regarding office space and ONE DCCCA orientation.
• Assist program managers with budget management by review, analysis, and reporting.
• Compile and analyze billing and revenue data for BH and report findings weekly to the Chief BH Officer.
• Review critical incident reports and oversee staff follow-up procedures.
