Job summary

Compass Health Center is seeking a Senior Healthcare Data Analyst to drive clinical analytics, outcomes research, and AI-enabled analysis across PHP/IOP programs in the Chicago area. You will partner with clinical leaders to translate questions into actionable insights and build reproducible datasets for decision-making.

The role emphasizes patient outcomes, program performance, and governance, with opportunities to mentor analysts and advance analytics standards within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in analytics, health or clinical discipline.
• 5+ years in analytics, healthcare analytics, BI, or related work.
• Experience translating clinical/workflow questions into analysis.
• Experience with Power BI and healthcare data.
• Understanding PHI privacy, security and governance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze access, conversion, census, capacity, utilization, patient engagement, outcomes, and program performance.
• Translate clinical and operational questions into meaningful analyses for leadership.
• Develop and maintain datasets, analyses, and publications for outcomes research and program evaluation.
• Create recommendations and actions based on complex findings for clinical and executive audiences.
• Collaborate with analytics partners to standardize definitions and dashboards.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, Public Health, or relevant clinical discipline such as Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Nursing
