Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, clinical data analysis, BI, health informatics, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with EHR data, preferably Epic/Clarity.
• Experience with Python, R, SAS, or similar for data analysis/engineering.

Responsibilities

• Translate clinical and business questions into measurable analytics and outcomes.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries and analytic datasets using Epic Clarity and enterprise data sources.
• Design and maintain clinical measures, dashboards, and reports to monitor program operations and outcomes.
• Collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and operational leaders to validate analytic logic and interpret results.
• Document data definitions, methodologies, and known limitations to support reproducibility.
