Job summary

Compass Health Center is seeking a Senior Healthcare Data Analyst to drive clinical outcomes research, program evaluation, and AI-enabled analytics across PHP/IOP services in the Chicagoland area.

The role partners with clinical and executive leaders to translate questions into actionable analyses, build reproducible datasets, and deliver insights that improve care delivery and patient outcomes. Hybrid or on-site options may apply in a dynamic care setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, Public Health, or a relevant clinical discipline such as Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Nursing, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of experience in analytics, healthcare analytics, business intelligence, or related analytical work.
• Experience with healthcare clinical operations and translating clinical workflows into meaningful analysis.
• Experience analyzing healthcare performance including access, utilization, quality, outcomes, or program effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Analyze access, conversion, census, capacity, utilization, length of stay, patient engagement, clinical outcomes, and program performance.
• Partner with clinical leaders to translate operational questions into meaningful analysis.
• Ensure findings reflect how care is delivered and interpreted in clinical context.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve care delivery and patient experience.
• Translate complex findings into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Work independently on complex analytical questions and propose actions.
