Marsh seeks a Senior Medical Consultant II - Behavioral Health Clinician to provide expert insights on complex state Medicaid/CHIP projects. You will lead client deliverables, collaborate across teams, and guide program design and reporting in a dynamic, global company known for growth and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's, professional, or doctoral degree in a behavioral health discipline with license eligibility
• 5+ years of relevant experience in behavioral health

Responsibilities

• Provide project leadership and thought leadership.
• Lead client deliverables, presentations, and project documentation with growing ownership.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate regulatory requirements into program changes and quality reporting.
• Serve as subject matter expert in behavioral health programs and operations across managed care, fee-for-service, and state programs.
• Manage project teams within budget and timeline while ensuring stakeholder communication.
• Assist in proposal strategy and identifying opportunities for expanding work with clients.
• Support staffing and development of team members; mentor junior staff.
• Stay current on market trends and regulatory shifts to advise clients effectively.
