Job summary

Cotler Psychology Services is seeking Florida-licensed master's-level clinicians (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT) to provide psychotherapy and behavioral health services within assisted living facilities and skilled nursing communities across Florida.

This role offers part-time or full-time schedules, the opportunity to work independently with a supportive multidisciplinary team, and a meaningful focus on improving older adults’ emotional well-being and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Florida-licensed master's-level clinician required (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and evaluations
• Provide individual psychotherapy and counseling services
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Coordinate care with facility staff, families and providers
• Complete clinical documentation in the EHR
• Engage in ongoing clinical consultations and professional development opportunities
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and organizational regulations and standards
