Cotler Psychology Services seeks Florida-licensed Master's-level clinicians (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) to deliver behavioral health services in assisted living and skilled nursing facilities across Florida. This 1099, part-time role offers flexible scheduling and the chance to make a meaningful difference for seniors.

You will perform psychotherapy, behavioral health assessments, and develop treatment plans within a multidisciplinary team; compensation is $50–$70 per hour, with mileage reimbursement

Qualifications

• Active Florida license as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
• New grads nearing licensure encouraged to apply.
• Strong clinical assessment and psychotherapy skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Experience with older adults or long-term care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and evaluations.
• Provide individual psychotherapy and counseling services.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with facility staff, families, and providers to coordinate care.
• Complete timely clinical documentation in the EHR.
• Participate in clinical consultations and ongoing professional development.
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and organizational standards.
