Job summary

Cotler Psychology Services in Florida seeks licensed Master's level clinicians (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT) to provide behavioral health services in assisted living facilities and skilled nursing communities.

Flexible scheduling with part-time or full-time opportunities. You will conduct psychotherapy, assessments, and supportive counseling, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support older adults.

Qualifications

• Active Florida license as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
• New graduates nearing licensure are encouraged to apply.
• Strong clinical assessment and psychotherapy skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Experience working with older adults or long-term care settings preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and evaluations.
• Provide individual psychotherapy and counseling services.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed.
• Collaborate with facility staff, families, and healthcare providers to coordinate care.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in the EHR.
• Participate in ongoing clinical consultations and professional development.
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and organizational regulations.
