Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in mental health field (social work, counseling, marriage & family therapy, or psychology).
• Independent clinical licensure and ability to supervise according to state regulations.
• Knowledge of state/federal rules and HIPAA requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork, even in stressful situations.
• Experience in supervision is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group and/or family therapy to clients.
• Provide administrative and clinical support to clinics; assist with hiring and onboarding.
• Perform supervision of clinicians and staff; document accordingly.
• Review and audit clinical documentation and treatment plans.
• Assist with intake, referrals, transfers, and waitlist management.
• Support daily site management and participate in policy implementation.
• Collaborate with community agencies and ensure compliance tasks.
