Job summary

Northeast Health Services, a member of Transformations Care Network, seeks a Clinic Supervisor to lead clinical and operational activities within our behavioral health clinics. The role combines direct patient care, staff supervision, and program development to improve care quality.

You will oversee documentation, supervision sessions, training, and onboarding while collaborating with clinic leadership to ensure compliance and strong patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a mental health field (e.g., social work, counseling, psychology).
• Independent clinical licensure and ability to supervise per state regulations.
• Knowledge of state/federal regulations and HIPAA requirements.
• Proficient with electronic medical records and related software.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision or training to clinicians where required.
• Assist with intake, referrals, transfers, and waitlist management.
• Support Clinic Directors with hiring, onboarding and staff development.
• Conduct audits of clinical documentation and provide feedback for improvement.
• Participate in policy development and regulatory compliance tasks.
• Collaborate with community agencies and represent the clinic as needed.
