Job summary

Northeast Health Services, a member of Transformations Care Network, seeks Clinic Supervisors to empower behavioral health care. You will provide direct patient care, support clinic operations, and may supervise clinicians while collaborating with Clinic Directors to improve service delivery.

You will help with hiring and onboarding, manage documentation, ensure quality and compliance, and participate in cross-site supervision and project initiatives within a hybrid in-person/remote model.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology).
• Independent clinical licensure and ability to supervise per state regulations.
• Knowledge of state/federal rules and HIPAA/privacy requirements.
• Experience with electronic medical records and digital documentation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork, especially under stress.
• Supervisory experience preferred for clinical supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, or family therapy to clients.
• Deliver administrative clinical support to clinics; manage clinical documentation and audits.
• Provide supervision to clinicians and track documentation across sites.
• Assist with intake, referrals, transfers, and crisis services as needed.
• Support Clinic Director in hiring, onboarding, and training of new providers.
• Participate in policy development, compliance, and quality improvement projects.
