Job summary

Northeast Health Services, part of Transformations Care Network, seeks Clinic Supervisors to lead clinical operations and provide direct patient care in a hybrid setting. You will supervise clinicians, oversee documentation and training, and support the Clinic Director in hiring and onboarding.

Ideal candidates hold a master’s degree in a mental health field, active licensure, and strong knowledge of ethics, HIPAA, and privacy.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in mental health field and independent licensure.
• Knowledge of state/federal rules and HIPAA requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team under stress.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group and family therapy to clients.
• Provide administrative clinical support to clinics to support operations.
• Hybrid work model with in-person and remote days as needed.
• Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation including treatment plans and notes.
• May provide supervision to clinic staff, live or via video conference.
• Review clinical documentation and assess clinician performance.
• Participate in development and implementation of policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with community agencies as needed.
• Attend required meetings and assist in compliance tasks.
