Job summary

Northeast Health Services, a member of Transformations Care Network, seeks Clinic Supervisors to lead clinical teams and support operations across multiple sites in Massachusetts. You will deliver direct care, supervise clinicians, and participate in hiring, onboarding, and policy development to improve patient outcomes.

The role requires licensure, strong ethics, and excellent communication, with a hybrid schedule and in-clinic responsibilities as needed by the market and client needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in mental health field (e.g., social work, counseling, psychology).
• Independent clinical licensure and ability to supervise per state rules if applicable.
• Knowledge of privacy, HIPAA, and applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group and/or family therapy to clients.
• Support clinic operations and supervise clinicians as needed.
• Oversee clinical documentation, treatment plans, and discharge notes.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and staff development.
• Contribute to quality audits and performance improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with clinics and director on licensing and compliance.
