Community Rehabilitation Center, Inc. (CRC) seeks an experienced Case Management Supervisor to oversee behavioral health case management, review progress notes, and ensure documentation compliance.

The role requires Florida Medicaid knowledge, supervision of staff, and collaboration with clinical leadership to minimize denials while maintaining HIPAA and payer requirements. The ideal candidate holds CBHCM/CBHCMS credentials and a Bachelor’s in a related field, with strong leadership and EHR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Behavioral Health, or related field.
• At least 3 years of behavioral health or case management experience.
• Experience reviewing case management documentation and supervising staff.
• Knowledge of Florida Medicaid documentation requirements.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR).

Responsabilités

• Review and approve case management progress notes for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Supervise, train, and provide ongoing guidance to case management staff.
• Ensure case notes reflect services provided and meet medical necessity requirements.
• Monitor service plans, assessments, progress notes, and required documentation.
• Conduct routine documentation audits and identify areas requiring correction.
• Return incomplete or noncompliant documentation for revision.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership, billing, and compliance to reduce denials.
• Monitor staff productivity and timely submission of case notes.
• Maintain HIPAA, Florida Medicaid, managed care requirements, and agency policies.
