Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of experience specializing in the care and management of autism spectrum disorders.
• One year of experience as a Behavior Analyst or similar position.
• Experience completing functional behavior assessments and behavior plans.

Responsibilities

• Designs and oversees ABA services for patients diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.
• Provides supervision and training to treatment team and caregivers.
• Conducts parent training and behavioral consultations.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage behavioral health services

Proficiency with MS Office

Education

Master’s Degree in psychology, behavior analysis, special education, or related field
