You will collaborate with the Site Supervisor and clinical teams, participate in treatment team meetings, and support guidance on daily routines, documentation accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Behavioral/Mental Health direct care experience.
• BH Level: BHT.
• No professional license required (License NA).
• Strong documentation and training skills desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding of new Behavior Technicians, including orientation to home, routines, and expectations.
• Provide ongoing coaching and skill development for staff and ensure annual training.
• Participate in hiring and contribute to 90-day flight plan for new employees.
