Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher desired; experience may substitute education.
• Willingness to stay current in behavior management techniques.

Responsibilities

• Ensure rights of individuals with developmental disabilities are maintained.
• Review and communicate person-centered plans to staff and stakeholders.
• Maintain health and safety by ensuring appropriate staffing levels.
• Lead staff during behavioral crises and guide intervention plans.
• Supervise training, documentation, and compliance with ISP/BSP requirements.
