Job summary

LEAPS Services LLC is seeking a Behavior Specialist to provide direct behavioral support and consultation across LEAPS programs. You will maintain an assigned caseload, observe programming, and collaborate with Neuroaffirming Program Specialists, families, and caregivers to implement effective strategies.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, Behavioral Science, or related field.
• BCBA credential OR actively pursuing BCaBA certification.
• Demonstrated professional experience working with neurodivergent individuals and/or IDD.
• Experience supporting behavioral, communication, social‑emotional, adaptive, or functional needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral support and consultation to self‑advocates and teams.
• Maintain an assigned caseload and document progress and interventions.
• Develop practical behavioral strategies and train staff to implement them.
• Collaborate with Neuroaffirming Program Specialists, families, and caregivers.
• Lead team trainings and contribute to program observation and evaluation.
