Qualificações

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow IPP/ISP guidance and safety rules.
• Valid CA driver’s license and reliable vehicle for transporting individuals.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct personal care including bathing, dietary needs, hygiene and toileting.
• Assist with daily living activities while ensuring safety and dignity.
• Transport individuals to appointments and community activities as needed.
• Maintain logs and documentation for IPP/ISP progress and incidents.
• Support home and community participation and emergency responses as required.
