Job summary

Meiyume is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive new and organic growth, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales and margin targets. You’ll contribute to the three-year growth plan and collaborate across teams to move packaging projects from opportunity through delivery.

The role supports the Americas region with hybrid work arrangements, travel, and a focus on sustainable beauty packaging solutions. English fluency and industry experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Sales & Business development experience in the Beauty and/or packaging industry. Excellent spoken and written English. High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities to deliver against the sales budget.
• Cultivate and develop customer and partner relationships through multiple channels.
• Co-develop the business marketing strategy to achieve new-customer targets.
• Understand customer needs and sell the complete value proposition, including primary and secondary packaging.
• Create and deliver pitches and proposals to prospective customers.
• Maintain awareness of market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity.
• Manage customer contracts with the appropriate legal teams and own margin performance.
• Deliver against strategic sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to coordinate the customer project timeline.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to create mutually rewarding ways of working.
