SKIMS Beauty in Los Angeles HQ seeks a Packaging Development Manager to lead the creation of primary and secondary packaging across the portfolio. You will translate brand vision into manufacturable, compliant packaging with a premium look and functional performance.

You will collaborate with Product Development, Brand, Creative, Regulatory, and Operations to ensure packaging is scalable, sustainable, and aligned with SKIMS Beauty's storytelling. Prior packaging leadership in beauty is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years packaging development experience in beauty/cosmetics, consumer products, or luxury goods.
• Working knowledge of packaging materials, printing processes, and production workflows.
• Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced product development environments.

Responsabilités

• Packaging Design & Development: Liaise with senior packaging designer on primary and secondary packaging across all beauty categories; translate brand strategy and product briefs into packaging concepts; develop dielines, structures, and artwork in collaboration with packaging designer, engineering and suppliers.
• Brand Expression & Visual Excellence: Ensure all packaging reflects SKIMS Beauty’s visual identity, tone, and premium positioning; partner to evolve packaging systems and design standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product Development, Regulatory, Quality, and Operations to ensure packaging is compliant, scalable, and manufacturable; support packaging readiness for new product launches.
• Technical Execution: Prepare production-ready files, specs, and documentation; review proofs, samples, and pre-production runs.
• Vendor & Production Support: Partner with packaging suppliers and manufacturers on feasibility, cost, and timelines; participate in vendor reviews and troubleshooting.
• Sustainability & Innovation: Support sustainable packaging initiatives and material innovation; identify opportunities to improve functionality, cost, and environmental impact.
