Meiyume USA Inc. is seeking a Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive to drive new and organic business growth, nurture customer and partner relationships, and hit sales and margin targets. The role supports Meiyume’s three‑year growth plan and collaborates across teams to bring packaging projects from opportunity to delivery.

Role involves identifying opportunities, pitching solutions, and managing contracts. Hybrid work arrangement with travel, salary range disclosed with benefits package.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Sales & business development experience in the beauty and/or packaging industry.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications.

Mansioni

• Identify new business opportunities via prospecting and lead-generation to meet budget.
• Cultivate and develop customer and partner relationships to grow the business.
• Co-develop marketing strategy with Marketing to reach new-customer targets.
• Understand customer needs and sell new product development and the full value proposition.
• Create and deliver compelling pitches and proposals to prospective customers.
• Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity; share insights with stakeholders.
• Manage customer contracts with legal teams.
• Own margin performance and customer P&L.
• Deliver against strategic sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to coordinate the full pathway for projects.
• Build relationships across functions and establish mutually rewarding work practices.
