Job summary

Ingredion Incorporated in Bedford Park, IL seeks a Senior Formulation Technologist to lead product development and applied research for Beauty & Home Care. You will design formulations, run trials, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with Marketing, R&D, and external partners to translate market needs into technical solutions.

Cosmetic formulation experience in personal care products.
Strong data analysis and interpretation of results.
Ability to lead projects and mentor team members.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute product development projects in Beauty & Home Care.
Design experiments and trials in laboratory and pilot plant.
Engage with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Mentor junior technologists and prepare technical communications.
Contribute to IP and technical publications when applicable.
