Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and support new product development and customer projects in beauty & home care
• Conduct bench work to develop formulations and test ingredient performance
• Engage with key customers and provide technical consultancy
• Plan and execute lab and pilot-plant experiments and data analyses
• Contribute to IP development and technical publications
• Collaborate with Marketing, Regulatory, and QA for project timelines
