Apera AI, a leader in AI-powered robotic vision, seeks a Senior Business Development Manager for the US Michigan market. You will drive commercial growth with OEMs, integrators, distributors, and end users, translating complex tech into value and expanding a high-impact territory.

You bring 5+ years in B2B manufacturing automation sales, a consultative approach, and a track record of exceeding goals. Equity, development plans, and a competitive base with strong OTE await.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales in manufacturing automation.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Experience leading a sales project or initiative.
• Bachelor’s degree (engineering/technical) or equivalent technical sales background.
• Consultative, trust-based approach with technical buyers.
• Ability to grow strategic accounts and distribution partnerships.

Responsabilités

• Develop and expand relationships with end users, OEMs, integrators and distributors.
• Produce qualified leads and manage a disciplined sales pipeline.
• Present solutions based on customer requirements and coordinate with applications team.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain post-sale relationships.
• Grow key strategic accounts through expansion and long-term partnerships.
