Job summary

GFT is seeking a Senior level Business Development & Proposal Manager to join our West Team. This remote role supports NorCal, SoCal, Washington or Arizona with a focus on California transportation clients.

You will lead cradle-to-grave BD efforts, oversee proposals, capture planning, and CRM updates while coordinating with MARCOM and client managers. You will manage staff as needed and contribute to enterprise-wide growth through strategic pursuits and competitive proposals aligned with GFT’s

Qualifications

• Requires normally a 4-year degree in English, marketing, journalism, communications, or applicable field.
• Must have California experience and familiarity with Transportation clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead cradle-to-grave BD support from client management to proposal development.
• Manage multiple proposals, including interviewing and strategy development.
• Oversee capture planning, CRM updates, and MARCOM coordination.
• Supervise staff and coordinate workload and training as needed.
